NFL Week 14 Picks

By Scott Burks
My Steelers' season is over. Whenever a
team, as the defending Super Bowl champs, lose to two of the worst teams in
the NFL in a season, it does not deserve to be in the playoffs.
Well, at least there are other meaningful
games this weekend. Now
that I've got that off my chest, here are my picks for Week 14 in
the NFL.
Drumroll please...
Game of the Week:
Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts.
This should be one of the more entertaining games of the week. The
resurgent Broncos will be riding into Indy to take on the undefeated Colts.
I made the mistake last week in picking the Titans to hand the Colts their
first loss. I'm not going to make that mistake again. I will
never, EVER, count out a Peyton Manning-led team again...
Colts 27, Broncos
24.
The "Who Gives a Damn" Games of the Week:
Chiefs over Bills. I mean, REALLY?
Raiders over Redskins. At least the Raiders who their next QB
should be -- and it's not JaMarcus Russell.
Thursday's Game:
Browns over Steelers. Hell,
since my team cannot beat the Chiefs and Raiders, who's to say they will
show up against Cleveland?
Other Sunday Games:
Patriots over Panthers
Saints over Falcons
Texans over Seahawks
Ravens over Lions
Vikings over Bengals
Jets over Buccaneers
Dolphins over Jaguars
Packers over Bears
Titans over Rams
Cowboys over Chargers
Giants over Eagles
Monday's Game:
49ers over Cardinals. The Niners has the
Cardinals number for some reason.
