Gotta Love the BCS Matchups

Welcome to the
best time of the year in college football: bowl season!
This is where you
get the better matchups in the major bowls around New Year's Day and,
unfortunately, the lousy minor bowls where you have teams with 6-6 teams
"going at it".
And then there
are the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) bowls. This is what I live for.
Who got in, and where will they match up? I must say, I LOVE the BCS
matchups.

Florida vs.
Cincinnati (Sugar Bowl)

Iowa vs.
Georgia Tech (Orange Bowl)

TCU vs. Boise
State (Fiesta Bowl)

Ohio State
vs. Oregon (Rose Bowl)

Alabama vs.
Texas (BCS title game)
While all eyes
will be on the BCS championship game, I will be focusing on the TCU-Boise
State game. For some reason, people were mad that TCU and Boise State
are matched up against each other.
To those people I
ask this question: what would TCU or Boise State gain by playing a one-loss
team? If anything, this matchup serves as one of the best undercards
in quite some time. Hell, I was glad to see TWO teams from non-BCS
conferences make it. Both teams deserved it, and here they are.
This serves as
one of the many reasons why I love the BCS...
