Super Bowl XLIII Preview
By Scott Burks
Pittsburgh
Steelers vs. Arizona
Cardinals. Super Bowl XLIII is finally upon us. This is
an intriguing match-up of strength (Steelers defense) vs. strength
(Cardinals offense). While Cardinals QB Kurt Warner has not seen a
defense as dominant as my Steelers, the Steelers D will have a hard time
containing three 1,000 yard receivers in Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin,
and Steve Breaston. I think this game will come down to how well the
Cardinals D will perform against the Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers
offense. If the Steelers' running game gets going, it will allow Big
Ben to play-action pass with WRs Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes.
Steelers TE Heath Miller should have an impact in this game as well.
This game will be closer than we think. I believe the Cardinals are
not just happy to be at the Super Bowl. While the Steelers are focused
on the task at hand, having Ward at less than 100% is going to be a huge
detriment to their offense. Expect the Steelers D to determine the
outcome of this game. Steelers 20, Cardinals 17.

Brain says Steelers, Heart says Cardinals...I always seem to go with my
heart, then get a headache, and I'm usually sad at the end of the day.
Oh well, gotta stay consistent.
Cardinals 24, Steelers 20
